The Challenge
Most consultancy websites are static brochures. We set out to build something fundamentally different: a platform that actively qualifies, books, and converts prospects — without manual intervention. The challenge was integrating multiple third-party systems (Cal.com, Stripe, Formspree) into a cohesive user experience that felt native rather than bolted on.
The Solution
We architected the platform around the client journey: from first impression to booked consultation to payment — every step is handled by the platform. The booking system uses Cal.com with event-specific Stripe payment requirements, ensuring paid consultations are confirmed only after payment clears. The contact form routes through Formspree with async handling. The entire stack is deployed on a custom domain with a Next.js App Router architecture optimized for performance and SEO.
