The Challenge

Healthcare operations carry constraints that most automation projects do not: compliance requirements, the absolute need for clinical staff to remain in control of patient-facing decisions, and zero tolerance for downtime. Any system we built had to be reliable, auditable, and designed to assist clinical workflows — not replace human judgment. The technology had to be invisible to the care team while transforming the operational layer beneath them.

The Solution

We designed a six-pipeline automation system that operates continuously in the background of existing clinical workflows. The CRM Sync pipeline uses a custom AI triage model to classify and score incoming patient records, routing high-priority cases to the appropriate care team within seconds. The Report Engine generates daily operational summaries automatically, eliminating hours of manual reporting. The Invoice Automation pipeline processes billing events end-to-end with zero manual intervention — handling significant monthly volume since launch.
